A massive project and commercial launch for Habibi Real Estate in Dubai was also announced by Kosenko, based on a $50 million first investment portfolio.

These revelations were made during a prestigious event that the firm recently hosted on a luxury boat in the D-Marin Business Bay Marina, in front of important executives and over 80 of the most well-known social media stars in the globe.

Addressing at the event, Kosenko emphasised that Dubai was chosen by the firm as a focus for commercial growth in the area and throughout the world due to the city's leading position and other significant characteristics.

 He clarified that due to Dubai's excellent economic growth in contrast to other countries across the world, Habibi Real Estate plans to increase its business even more in the upcoming months.

Kosenko, one of the most well-known bloggers and influencers in the world with 5.9 million Instagram followers, said that the business closed a significant selling agreement for $6 million, heralding the start of the business's operations in the Dubai real estate market.

Two properties from well-known real estate developers in Dubai's Business Bay were acquired and sold through this transaction, he said.

Also, a famous investor from Habibi Real Estate purchased an entire floor in a luxurious residential complex at the event.

Kosenko revealed that he is now working on a series of intriguing articles about the aesthetic aspects of living in Dubai, the city's reputation as the most opulent place in the world, and the ideal place for business, residence, leisure, and creativity.
